Known errors - Akeneo

A list of Akeneo Magento connector errors and what they mean.

• Missing job configuration. Please link a configuration entity to this job profile first.
  An export was started for a job profile which has no configuration entity linked. Check the ‘Configuration entity’ documentation for more information.
  
  

• Can’t connect. Please link the credential manager to your export profile first.
  An export was started for a job profile which has no credentials entity linked. Check the ‘Credentials manager’ documentation under the topic ‘security’ for more information.
  
  

• No family found. Skipping the following product (model)
  I think this errors needs little explanation. Products which have no family are getting skipped.
  
  

• Missing host
  No hostname was configured in the credentials manager.
  
  

• Jobinstance ‘%s’ is not well configured
  Some required background jobs where not created yet. Try saving the configuration again. Saving the configuration is recreating the missing jobs. Take a look at the ‘Save configuration’ documentation under the ‘tab 1 - configuration’ topic for more information.
  
  

• Not a valid json response
  If we receive an API response that is not a json response.
  
  

• Channel with ‘%s’ code does not exist
  The connector is not recognizing the channel stored in the job profile configuration. Try resaving your job export profile.
